At Novem we work within a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA), which outlines each of our services as well as a set of tailored response times. We provide each of our customers with a tailored, comprehensive SLA – meaning that our IT performance can be measured against pre-determined criteria, so you’ll always know where you stand. What’s more, you can view our performance against the SLA at any time through the Novem Report Management Portal (NRMP).
