Cube’s IT infrastructure was internally managed, and was constantly failing. This meant that key business services such as email, printing, filing and the internet were often unavailable, and the system had no consistent back up so system outage often led to the loss of important data.

Our solution

After careful assessment of the clients’ IT requirements, Novem installed Windows 2008 small business server, with Sophos Antivirus solution and Acronis backup and disaster solution. The client has a fully managed contract with us, which includes real time system monitoring with online call logging system. This means that should anything go wrong with their system, we can react within one minute, and in 98% of cases resolve the fault in under an hour.
